Summary

The name "Broadwrap" is a common English term for a "Shemagh". It is formally known as a keffiyeh, although the modern keffiyeh is more of a formal headwear than utilitarian. Hence the slight difference the use of the word "Shemagh" and term "Broadwrap". Although some keffiyeh resemble the hijab, it is a unisex cultural headwear, not a religious one.

Analysis

In coverage of the body, being the only headwear to cover both shoulders. Minus some late game armor helmets, no other headwear is as complete in coverage or kinetically protection. It carries no addition bonuses, such as a bowler or cowboy hats social impact. But it provides a 0.25 towards sharp and blunt AC, where the bowler and cowboy hat provide 0.2. The Broadwrap is equal in its warm/cold insulation provided, but both are only with a 0.2 modifier. It is highly protective physically/kinetically, but offers no additional special qualities. It must be made of a Fabric textile, unlike some other options, such as the Bowler and Cowboy hat.

Crafted from late game materials; Synthread, Devilstrand, or Hyperweave, it becomes one of the most protective pieces of headwear in the game, with a lower barrier to acquisition than its competitors.
