Eltex robe
A long robe embedded with special psychic focusing materials. These enhance psychic sensitivity and help dissipate neural heat.

Introduced by the Royalty DLC, the Eltex robe allows psychic pawns to be more effective, improving the strength and cooldown of their Psycasts.
Acquisition
This item cannot be crafted but only purchased through trade or received as a quest reward. It also spawns on Imperial Nobles.
Analysis
Compared to a duster it is readily apparent that this is only for exclusively psychic focused pawns, with the same coverage and slot usage but with worse protection than even a cloth duster. The eltex robe also appeases the outer layer torso requirements of all nobles, replacing the Prestige robe or Cape.
An eltex robe improves a pawns neural heat recovery rate by 0.083 heat per second and Psychic Sensitivity by an amount dependent on the quality.
