A chopped stump is what remains after a tree has been chopped down by a pawn. It blocks planting a new tree until it's removed. For the necessary 90 ticks (1.5 secs) of work it yields only comparably few 4 . Also it provides only relatively low 20% cover.
Despite not growing, it has growdays and lifespanDaysPerGrowDays values set. It is unclear what effect, if any, this has.
