Butchery Efficiency is a stat: The amount of meat produced when butchering flesh creatures. The actual amount is also related to the creature's size.

Butchery Efficiency acts as a multiplier to the butchered animal's Meat Amount and Leather Amount, though it can never go over 100%. Note that even a completely unskilled cook can do better than the 66% recovery rate of animals that are killed by other means.
