Watermill generators require moving water to generate a constant 1200W of electricity. Introduced in August 2018, they require 280 Wood, 80 Steel and 3 Components to build. Can be built on any moving water including Creeks. Provides power continuously regardless of weather or other conditions, but if you wish to build multiple Watermills, they will need to be spread out a bit making them slightly harder to defend than other power generating systems. Requires Watermill Generator research, which requires 700 research points to research.
