Building a Hospital[edit]

Structure[edit]

Build 2 rooms. One with the beds and the second area be a freezer (room with coolers) so that the organs don`t deteriorate to high temperatures. Assign the area to a stockpile zone and only check green for medicine and Body Parts.

Floors[edit]

Sterile tiles help keep the room clean and prevent patients from getting various infections.

Staff[edit]

Assign colonists with high Medicine skill which affects Surgery Success Chance (other Factors are Consciousness, Manipulation and Sight).

Stock[edit]

There are three types of medicine:

Herbal medicine[edit]

Grow healroot

Medicine[edit]

Can only be crafter by colonists assigned to Doctor that have both Medicine skill 6+ AND Crafting skill 3+.

Glitterworld medicine[edit]

Patients[edit]

Colonist`s can be checked by clicking on their health tab which contain the Overall and Operations tabs.
