Ova can only be extracted from fertile pawns, meaning those whose fertility is greater than 0%.  Pawns must be over 16 years old to have an ovum extracted. It is possible to extract an ovum from a prisoner. Once extracted, the ovum can be fertilized by a fertile male pawn. It is not possible for a prisoner to fertilize an ovum.

Ovum items are harvested from live female humans through surgery. This bill requires 1 of any type of medicine to perform. Ova can only be extracted from fertile pawns, meaning those whose fertility is greater than 0%. Pawns must be over 16 years old to have an ovum extracted. It is possible to extract an ovum from a prisoner. Once extracted, the ovum can be fertilized by a fertile male pawn. It is not possible for a prisoner to fertilize an ovum.
