Beyond silly purposes like [[prisoner|capturing]] the High Stellarch or other high ranking nobles, there is no functional use for a stellic crown. None of the ranks achievable through honor gain accept the stellic crown as valid headgear, and all empire royals who do will come with their own crown which you cannot take off. [[Hood]]s and regular [[crown]]s offer the same bonus to Social Impact.
