Compared to a [[duster]] it is readily apparent that this is only for exclusively psychic focused pawns, with the same coverage and slot usage but with worse protection than even a cloth duster.
The eltex robe also appeases the skin torso requirements of all [[Titles|nobles]], replacing the [[Royal robe]].

An Eltex robe improves a pawns [[Psycasts#Mechanics|Psychic entropy recovery rate]] by 2.5 per 30 seconds, and their [[Psychic Sensitivity]] an amount dependent on the quality.
