As of 1.1.2610, the formula for leather yield is 30 * bodysize, with the following post-process curve:
There are a few exceptions, specifically:
- Humans have a leather yield of exactly 50
- Insectoids have a leather yield of 0
- Chickens and ducks have a leather yield of 0
- Geese have a base value of 36 * bodysize instead of 30 * bodysize, resulting in a total actual yield of 21 birdskin after accounting for their 0.4 bodysize and the post-processing curve.
