Tornado generator

Template:NeedsPictures The tornado generator is a powerful single-use weapon added in Beta 19.
It requires manual targeting, and has an activation time. Once activated, a tornado will form at the targeted location, wreaking havoc around it.
It has a targeting range of 45 tiles.
For some reason, like all ranged weapons it can't be used when the user is wearing a shield belt.

Tornado summoned on top of a pirate base. It quickly destroys buildings in it's path.
