From what I understand of the stub tag, is that it's meant for pages that have useful but little imformation on them and the tag is used to indicate the page doesn't have the full information on a subject and can be expanded o,. UC only really needs to be used on new or severely outdated pages. A little tired so this might not make much sense, if so sorry.

Edit: Also Yoshida Keiji, what Zesty meant by flavor text was how when a page has the UC tag it shows a little wrench saying a colonist is being summoned
