Analysis
The shadecone is statistically identical to the cowboy hat with three major exceptions:
- A HP of 80 vs the 100 of the cowboy hat
- No -5 slave suppression of the cowboy hat
- No +10% social impact of the cowboy hat
This may make these pieces of headgear a viable option to give to slaves in hot areas without increasing the chance of rebellions, while for most colonists, it remains more valuable for the cowboy hat to be used, due to a slight increase in durability, as well as the side benefit of the social impact boost, barring a ideological reason for the Shadecone.
