Introduced by the Royalty DLC, the Eltex vest allows psychic pawns to be more effective, improving the strength and cooldown of their Psycasts.
Acquisition
This item cannot be crafted but only purchased through trade or received as a quest reward. It also spawns on Imperial Nobles.
Analysis
An eltex vest improved a pawns Psychic Sensitivity by 15%, and improves the Psychic entropy recovery rate by 1.5 per 30 seconds. Compared to a flak vest it is readily apparent that this is only for exclusively psychic focused pawns, with the same coverage and slot usage but with almost no protection in comparison.
The eltex vest also appeases the middle torso requirements of all nobles, replacing the Royal vest/Corset.
An Eltex vest improves a pawns Psychic entropy recovery rate by 1.5 per 30 seconds, and their Psychic Sensitivity by an amount dependent on the quality.
