Interestingly enough, [https://www.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/ynlhgu/a_definitive_guide_to_efficient_freezers_14/ Testing] has shown that by pointing the hot side of a cooler into an open door in the same room as the cold side is pointed to is able to somehow significantly increase efficency of the cooler.
