Bamboo trees are the one of the fastest growing wood producing plants however the low yield of {{P|Harvest Yield}} wood and {{P|Real Grow Days}}-day grow time makes for a relatively low wood per tile per day ratio and and one of the worst wood per work ratios. These factors make bamboo a poor choice for wood production in almost all scenarios.
