Description

Anomaly is a horror-themed DLC for RimWorld that adds mysterious threats, containment facilities, and a new endgame. Many of the events are inspired by classics like Cabin in the Woods, The Thing, The Cthulhu mythos, Hellraiser, and many more. It was released on April 11, 2024.

Monolith

The Monolith, after its investigation, will cause entities and other strange events to occur. It can be upgraded after its investigation if you have discovered enough entities in the Entity Codex, which will allow the next tier of entities to spawn.

Entities

After you investigate the monolith, strange entities will begin to spawn. All entities will appear in the Entity Codex after being discovered. Entities can be studied by incapacitating them and placing them within a containment cell. Your colonists will be automatically set to study them which will help you advance in the Anomaly Tech Tree.
