Just standardizes the spiel about pen animals.

Supports a custom page name, and otherwise uses the page's Property:Name.

Name should be in uppercase and plural for the template to make sense.

Examples

Cows are pen animals. Once tamed, pen animals cannot and do not need to be trained any further. But if left outside of a pen or caravan hitching spot, they can roam and will eventually leave your colony. You do not need to make a caravan for animals to use a caravan hitching spot.

Elk are pen animals. Once tamed, pen animals cannot and do not need to be trained any further. But if left outside of a pen or caravan hitching spot, they can roam and will eventually leave your colony. You do not need to make a caravan for animals to use a caravan hitching spot.
