As for forced miss radius weapons such as the minigun, the CSVs do take the forced miss radius into account; minigun has a flat 1.733 DPS beyond 2 tiles. For explosive weapons, the accuracy is determined both by blast radius and forced miss radius. Therefore, it should still be feasible to do both accuracy and DPS, just disclose that miniguns (as an example) aren't intended for single-target use.
